Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 5–10 business days depending on the delivery location and courier partner. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout, and free shipping may be offered on selected products or orders above a certain amount. After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track their orders. Delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, or high order volumes, and while we are not responsible for such delays, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses, and we are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
